Our house is a mid-century modern property designed and built in 1970 by a Phoenix Wrightsian architect and fully remodeled in 2015. Its central location is a perfect setting if you're exploring Phoenix for pleasure, visiting for an event or spending time in town on business. Your favorite steamed coffee beverage, hot tea and continental breakfast (yogurt, juice, croissants, fruit, etc.) are all included with your listing. Enjoy all pictured spaces indoors and outdoors. Your room and bathroom are private with a queen bed, premium linens, a closet, Wi-Fi, Netflix, a desk and more. You may enjoy maximum privacy and come and go thru the independent entry. Alternatively you are welcome to use the front door, the kitchen & fridge, the front and back patios and all other living spaces. The front door is equipped with smart lock you may open with your smartphone; your room independent entry has a traditional key. We live in the house and enjoy whatever level of interaction our guests choose. Please contact us thru the app for fastest response. The home lies in a quiet, safe and well-established residential neighborhood on the border of Phoenix and Scottsdale. Most houses are large and include guesthouses and swimming pools, and many of the neighbors living around us have lived here for decades. I have created a space that offers both the ability for some peace and quiet, being nestled in a quiet community, however you are just down the street from some of the busiest restaurants and bars in town. Pickleball set included with plenty of courts nearby - feel free to use! There’s plenty of things inside the space to make you feel at home for you to use. I even have an Amazon Echo in the room for you to jam out to music during the day or use white noise for bed.

The Potters Cove (Studio)

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Just a 10 minute distance from the airport this perfect little studio is a great getaway! You have your own little patio to enjoy the weather outside. A comfy queen size bed with beautiful sky lights above make for a serene restful place. This space is quiet and private meaning you will not share the space with others but it is connected to a main house. You have your own private side gate entrance.

This is a private guesthouse consisting of a spacious modern bedroom, separate living room, and full bathroom (as one guest review said “larger than an apartment in NYC”) . It has beautiful mountain views in a quiet neighborhood. This house is only a 5 minute walk to two trailheads (Geronimo & MormonTrailhead) and the popular south mountain biking park and preserve. We are close to the airport, two popular golf courses (Legacy and Raven) lots of food options!
