Very Central Schöneberg Apartment with LOFT bed

My cozy urban Studio apartment is very quiet since it is facing the backyard but it is also super central. Within 10 minutes you can get to Potsdamer Platz and Brandenburg Gate by metro. The nearest metro station is a 3 minute walk. The studio has two super large TVs, a sleeping couch,a brand new bathroom, a dishwasher, washing machine, oven and stove as well as a king size lofted bed. Of course there’s high-speed Wi-Fi and black out curtains to sleep well. The towels and bed lines are provided.

Unzählige Spielplätze, nette Restaurants, Bars, Modegeschäfte, Galerien, Bioläden, Spielwarengeschäfte, Buchhandlungen und Bäcker sind alle unmittelbar in der Nachbarschaft zu finden. Jeden Samstag ist Markt auf dem Winterfeldtmarkt. Direkt um die Ecke kann man sich ein Fahrrad mieten. Welcome to our cozy apartment in the heart of one of the best districts in Berlin, Kreuzberg. Surrounded by great restaurants, you will live cozy and quite. You will have a private entrance, a private bathroom and a spacious room with a queen sized bed. You will have more than enough storage. The place has no kitchen, but there is the best restaurants right downstairs. Important: It is 5th floor so a lot of stairs. Not recommend if you have have trouble walking up stairs.

Located on the canal with direct view to the water. The bedroom/workspace are located at the back and are very quiet. Kreuzberg is one of the city's most lively areas. A street market takes place directly in front of the apartment on Tuesdays and Fridays with fresh fruit and vegetables as well as ready made food while on Saturdays you can buy all sorts of handicraft. Kottbusser Tor station (5 minute walk) connects north, south, east and west without the need to change.
