Our 3 acre property is wooded with many magnificent trees and a small creek making it a park-like setting while being in town. We are near many destinations including, The Smokey Mountains, Tail of the Dragon, The Lost Sea and numerous wineries .

12/10/25 I’m in the process of doing exterior siding on abnb and my house. There will be a bit of noise during daylight hours. This has now become an active family farm that requires land and livestock maintenance on a daily, you may hear a bit of noise during daylight hours, unless it’s a holiday weekend when my kids visit, those weekends can get a lot louder. I have been trying to keep my kids quiet for nearly 38 years…..if you’re a parent, you understand.

This cozy charmer is only one mile to Townsend and 3 miles to the Great Smoky Mountains Park entrance. Finished in reclaimed barn wood, it features real hardwood floors, a large deck, and plenty of windows to get up close views of birds, meadows and distant mountains. A paved concrete path leads from the designated parking space. No stairs to climb and handicap accessible. Please note: this entire property is non-smoking.
