The cottage has an enclosed front and rear garden plus off street parking. Within short walking distance are Dimbola Tea Room, The Piano Cafe, Farringford House, The Albion, the bus bar and a visiting pizza van in the summer.

Step out of the back gate and onto the bridleway leading over the downs to our favourite place, Compton Bay.
