The magical view of the world below with the coast on the horizon which can be enjoyed from every room of the house and from the entire olive orchard with its walking paths and plunge pool with waterfall. Being a pedestrian village, Metato is quiet and peaceful. Yet, the beach and many great places to visit are a short drive away- Pisa, Florence, Lucca, the marble quarries of Cararra, Pietrasanta, Viareggio.... Guests have exclusive access to the pool and property. Metato is a friendly litttle village in the hills overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. There is a quaint family-run restaurant in the village that serves local homemade dishes at a very reasonable price. Our pedestrian village tends to attract kind people in search of peace and quiet and a proximity with nature. Time seems to go by more slowly here. It is a perfect base for families who want to explore Tuscany and the beaches of the Versilia coast. The home is in a beautiful, quiet location on a hill surrounded by olive orchards and vineyards just a 10-minute walk from the parking lot. Explore the medieval village of Metato where fireflies and breathtaking views await. Take an invigorating hike or head to the beaches a short drive away. There is a parking lot at the base of the village where you can park the car. The village itself is pedestrian but I am happy to greet guests at the parking lot on their arrival to transport their luggage, groceries and whoever wants to ride to the house with my little Italian tractor! The nearest airport is Pisa (45-minutes by car). All the major car rental places can be found there. The nearest train station is Viareggio.

Terratetto nel borgo costruita a sasso ristrutturata integralmente con materiali poveri attinenti allo stile del loco,simpatica nello stile e nel gusto . Pavimenti in legno ed in mezzana di cotto Toscana ,muri interni in sasso stuccato Camere mansardate in travi portanti di castagno .. Sita nel borgo di paese di Terrinca noto nelle cronache longobarde intorno al 640 dopo cristo situato in una conca collinare ai piedi del monte Corchia ,in alta versilia storica, altitudine 500 mt. Sul liv.mare ,distanze 25 km . da forte dei marmi al mare, 25 km. Da pietrasanta nota citta’ d’arte,25 km. Per castelnuovo garfagnana proseguendo la strada che va oltre la galleria del cipollaio ove si trova un paesaggio lunare . In 10 minuti di auto si arriva al passo croce da cui si ammira un magnifico panorama a 1150 metri sulla versilia e per chi ama il trekking proseguendo a piedi fino agli alpeggi di puntato, campanice,colle di favilla, e mosceta intorno alle alpi apuane . il paese si configura per gli amanti della tranquillita’ ,dei boschi, delle montagne,delle passeggiate. Lontano dai ritmi della vita quotidiana.

La casa è un rustico in pietra e legno nel parco delle Alpi Apuane, un luogo ideale per chi desidera fare camminate nei boschi e conoscere e frequentare le attrattive della Versilia e della Toscana tra mare e monti .. La casa è composta da cucina completa con fornelli a gas , wi-fi , divano letto e per riscaldamento per la stagione invernale ha una stufa a legna e pompe di calore preimpostate , una camera da letto con bagno completo con doccia, un soppalco di legno con un letto singolo .

Cari ospiti, noi siamo Massimo e Roberta, abbiamo acquistato recentemente questo casolare risalente al 1800, circondato da castagni, vicino al paese di Pruno. Se volete immergervi nella natura questo è il luogo che fa per voi, troverete silenzio e tranquillità. Arriverete con l'auto in questa oasi di pace, accolti dall'ampia terrazza dove godrete del sole tutto il giorno, per finire ammirando il tramonto. Entrando il salottino con il camino d'inverno è molto intimo per leggere un libro .

Perfect accommodation for romantic couples, families with children with their dogs. Perfect place to relax but also suitable for guests who like active holiday with many exiting trekking, canyoning, mtb and horse riding excursions. Nice panoramic pool and view on the entire valley. There is a place a few steps away from the famous Versilia (Tuscany) called Borgo Metato Toscana. Here various structures have been designed by the Architect Stefano Viviani, who has realized In each of them, a very refined style respectful to the place. Il Borgo di Metato is surrounded by olive trees, lots of green spaces and there are some donkeys for the joy of children. PANORAMA is part of this place.

La Serra Mountain View Pruno di Stazzema

Rilassati in un luogo tranquillo, all'inizio di un fresco bosco, incorniciato dai principali monti delle Alpi Apuane e appena fuori dal suggestivo borgo di Pruno di Stazzema (LU). Da qui potete incamminarvi sui sentieri che portano ai rifugi e alle principali cime delle Alpi Apuane e, in soli 30 minuti potete raggiungere le magnifiche coste versiliesi.

La casa è situata in Vergaia un piccolissimo paesino sulle sponde del Lago di Vagli, l’unico gruppo di case che affaccia su Fabbriche di Careggine, l’antico borgo che è stato sommerso dalle acque del lago. Il paese è l’ideale per chi vuole staccare dalla città e per chi vuole trovare tranquillità visti i pochissimi residenti.
