The K7 Depot Cabin sits directly next to a large body of water. Conveniently located 10 miles from Pittsburg and 30 miles from Joplin. THREE GUESTS MAX NO OUTSIDE GUESTS The Cabin sits approximately 100 feet from a short line railroad track. A very small train comes through an average of 2 times a day, 1 being in the middle of the night. Usually no train on Saturdays or Sundays. If you stand on the porch you might be able to get the conductor to honk his horn at you! Bank fishing is allowed

Quiet 2-bedroom farmhouse overlooking seasonal corn and wheat crop growth. A perfect getaway location for those seeking a calm nature retreat, or those needing a place to crash during hunting season, after work hours, or for a family get-together. Each bedroom has a full-sized bed and storage space. The living room contains a queen-sized futon and queen-sized pull-out sofa sleeper, comfortably sleeping 6 to 8 people. Inspired by a swatch of wallpaper found in the attic, 'Poppy's Place' is decorated to bring you back in time to the 1930's. Bright, bold and cheerful colors were introduced into homes at that time to help keep people inspired during the dust bowl of the Great Depression. The 1930’s was the decade that fell directly in between WWI and WWII and Poppy Flowers were, and still are, a symbol of hope and remembrance for fallen soldiers. Office offers a day bed.
