Unique New Remodel Close to Beach and Golf

Fully remodeled, the little cabin on the marsh is a 1 BR house with a loft. Inside is almost all wood. The house sits on the marsh water of the Waccamaw river. The neighborhood is a dirt road with a mix of mobile homes and houses. The neighbors are great and have lived on the street for decades. The house is surrounded by live oaks, nature and tidal marsh water in the backyard. Litchfield and Pawleys Island beaches are 5 minutes away. World class golf, restaurants, and grocery stores are near.

The Salty Barn by the Marshwalk

The Salty Barn is tiny and anything but ordinary. It’s within walking distance to the Marshwalk, with plenty of dining options and fresh seafood. The comfy sofa pulls out into a double bed, or, if you’re brave, you can climb the stairs up to the loft, which has a queen mattress. Relax inside with views of the greenery outside, or pull up an Adirondack chair and relax outside by the Chiminea. This is the perfect spot for a quick getaway with plenty to do nearby.

Centrally located and cozy renovated Murrells Inlet cottage with outdoor living space. Walking distance to Murrells Inlet Marsh Walk with unique local restaurants and shopping. Close to golfing, restaurants and more. Huntington Beach State park, Atalaya Castle, and Brookgreen Gardens/Zoo are within a 10 minute drive. Myrtle Beach is 30 minutes north and 15 minutes south is quaint Pawleys Island with more great beaches and restaurants.

Sunnyside Inlet Cottage

Sunnyside Inlet Cottage is a 300 sq ft guest home that is **DOG FRIENDLY** The cottage has a full bathroom, comfy King bed and loveseat. The kitchen has an apt size fridge/freezer, stove, oven, Keurig and microwave. The kitchen is stocked with pots and pans, plates, bowls, silverware and cooking utensils. Staying in? Enjoy the 50 inch smart roku tv with YouTube TV access, and WiFi. The deck has a table, umbrella and two chairs.
