Interior is traditional MX colors. You can't get any closer to the beach than this casita. It is located in midtown Rosarito & within walking distance of the pier, numerous spas, and to all the popular bars & restaurants. It has a wonderful private deck (on the sand) that you can use to relax or to enjoy family/friends.

The house comes with internet wifi and ethernet connection (ethernet cable not included), and cable tv. Parking is only for one car, with guest parking nearby. There is 2 pools, 1 is next to a restaurant and the beach. Communication will be all done in English and Spanish.

Only steps away from the beach and minutes from delicious food, markets, and locations like Papas and Beer. Our home comfortably sleeps 4-6 people, and is equipped with a shower, microwave, fast Wifi, and a 32" smart TV. Driveway for parking on site for 2 cars.
