Vineyards Paradise

Amazing country house immersed in the vineyard of Cantina Lapone, viewing Orvieto. Recently restored, over 100 sm, organised on two floors. Ground floor is a single space with a big living room (with fireplace) and a spacious open kitchen. First floor with two bedrooms and two bathrooms: the main bedroom (looking at Orvieto) with a double bed and internal bathroom and a second one with a double bed and a bed sofa. Private garden and parking. Private pool (shared with another 4 guests house).

The house encompasses a spacious living-room with two antique fire places, two kitchens, a recreation room, five bedrooms & four bathrooms. Outside there is a large swimming pool, dining area, a play house for children, multiple car-parking options and a 2 car fully enclosed garage. There are also a BBQ and a wood fire oven if you wish to cook outside.

L'appartamento é due piani sotto la piazza, interamente scavato nel tufo. Con vista sulla valle, é isolato dai rumori della strada, tranquillo, privato e molto accogliente. Le pareti in tufo gli donano un'aria antica, per trasportavi altrove nel tempo. Si raggiunge a piedi, attraverso un ponte pedonale che vi porta direttamente nella piazza dove c'é l'immobile. AgriHouse si trova all'interno della nostra azienda agricola Il Fossile alle pendici del Monte Peglia, zona recentemente proclamata Riserva MAB UNESCO. Il casale si compone di 3 camere da letto, per un totale di 8 posti letto e 2 bagni. All'esterno piscina, con vista panoramica a vostro uso esclusivo. L'attività agricola consiste nell'allevamento estensivo all'aperto di animali (avicunicoli e maiali) e la vendita diretta di uova, verdure, carni fresche e trasformate.
