Our Milk Chocolate suite is a large 1 bedroom apartment located above our gelato shop in Empire, Mi! From it's large breezy balcony, you can sip coffee and plan a Leelanau adventure. The apartment is decorated in a colorful mid-century modern style. The bedrooms and living room both have smart tvs. There's a full kitchen stocked with the essentials and we provide toiletries and beach towels/blanket/chairs. It's a great base camp to explore the area and just a few blocks from Empire beach!

Your stay includes access to the resort’s multiple indoor and outdoor pools and the indoor hot tub. Our condo is a short walk to the Summit Golf Course, Shanty Town and the Lakeview Restaurant. Unit 121 is located at the top of Schuss Mountain Lodge. It is within walking distance from some of Northern Michigan's best skiing and golfing. Not to mention, it's only 15 minutes away from Short's Brewery in Bellaire. Unit 121 is located on the second floor and there is not an elevator. This is a one room hotel-like unit. You can sleep four — two on a foldout and two on a queen bed — in the same room. Private bathroom. Very close to the ski hills.
