Big Loft in the Heart of Old Town

A large loft in a historic 1929 building. Fully appointed with all the items to enjoy a weekend or long term stay. Full Kitchen with all the cooking equipment as well as a wet bar. The 1929 refurbished loft has foosball table, shuffleboard, steel tip dart board and a baby grand piano! Two large smart TV's and a great view of the city. Located right above Bite Me BBQ, across the street from Norton's Brewery, and step out front turn left and you can see Intrust Bank Arena just a block away!

The Nest

The Nest is an upstairs mini apartment in a building on a working bison ranch. The decor is birds, flowers, nature. The windows look out over the pastures. The bathroom features a shower and small clothes washer. The kitchenette area includes hot drink dispenser, microwave, toaster oven, and mini fridge. A cot and portable crib are available on request. Breakfast snacks and coffee are included in the room rate. Covid concerns: you will be the only occupants in the building overnight.

From this 2nd story apartment loft, you can oversee all of downtown Hays, overlook many of the large limestone churches, view the amazing Kansas sunset every evening and sunrise each morning. Within walking distance of 2 parks, convenience stores, the entertainment, arts, dining, shopping, the business district of Downtown Hays and the Hays Bike Trail system.

We are next door to the historic Hippodrome Dinner Theater and steps away from eclectic shops, antique stores, wine tasting rooms, and live music. Magnolia Market is an easy walk away, or take the free trolley that stops outside. Each loft is crafted with a unique flair and offers a distinct experience.

The Vineyard Loft

The Vineyard Loft offers all the comforts of home. The studio style apartment has a kitchenet, open living area, and separate entrance. Take a walk in the country, pick some blackberries, enjoy wine tasting at a local vineyard, or shopping and restaurants in Celina located just minutes away (see Guide Book). Our downtown Seward space includes a full bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room, along with a nice view overlooking the Seward Town Square. Local shops, a local brewery, an art gallery, coffee shop, cafe, and much more are all within walking distance of the loft! Back alley entrance. The loft is located on the second floor up a flight of stairs. No elevator access. One free parking space in alley. Street parking also available.

Mainstreet Loft

Built around 1906, this loft apartment in downtown Lincoln has been fully renovated with new everything. New hardwood floors, new furniture, new kitchen, new exterior balcony, new plumbing, new wiring, new everything! Having said that, all the historic charm of this historic "post rock" limestone building have been maintained including an exposed brick wall and an original skylight along with salvaged wood and doors.
