Upper Stables is a romantic hideaway nestled in the private countryside of Carclew on the outskirts of Mylor, in easy reach of creeks, beaches and Falmouth. The stables have been lovingly refurbished and boast wood fired hot tub, beams, woodburner, luxurious bathroom - roll top bath and rain shower and a large well equipped kitchen. There are many lovely spots to enjoy; meadow for sundowners, private 1 mile walk - perfect for dog owners, fenced garden with barbecue and fire pit for star gazing.

The South West Coast Path is right on your doorstep and St Mawes, Eden Project, Lost Gardens of Heligan, Caerhays etc are all nearby. It is surprisingly big on the inside with an open plan layout on the ground floor (kitchen, dining area and lounge with direct access to the garden), plus a downstairs shower room. Upstairs is a cosy bedroom with a king-size bed, a lovely bathroom and another lounge taking advantage of the beautiful harbour and sea views. Private courtyard garden with laundry and access to the harbour and private parking directly outside the cottage.

This a beautiful 3 bedroom family home. We live in an annex next door so lovely people can come and enjoy the Cornish Riviera! We have 3 bedrooms and 2 bathroom, amazing views across the Carrack Roads and we are only a short walk to the stunning St Just Church and 5 min drive to the very popular and exclusive village of St Mawes recently voted the best seaside destination in the uk and the best in Cornwall. As stated this is our family home, as such there may be some marks on the carpets etc

Its ideally placed for visiting Eden, the Lost Gardens of Helligan and the picturesque harbours of Charlestown and Mevagissey. Sticker village is on the edge of the beautiful Roseland Peninsula, with a pub and shop within easy walking distance. The South West coastal path is also nearby. We welcome well behaved dogs.

Peaceful Barn with Sea Views near Falmouth

Keynvor is a bright, airy barn conversion in a small farm complex which formerly belonged to the National Trust. The farmhouse dates from the 1650s and the barns from the 19th century. The garden affords fabulous ocean views, and is a sun trap when the weather co-operates. There is a gentle 10-15 minute walk through woodland to the nearest beach, which is on the South West Coast Path, and it is possible to walk to Falmouth or Helford Passage along the coast.
