This house is 10 meters from the beach. Few steps away is a deck. Deck you see on the pictures is on the beach from mid May until mid October..The car is parked 40 meters away, there is no traffic in front and if you wanted to find a house for a real vacation - this is it! It has two floors. Ground floor with a big terrace and upper floor with a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a living room and a second bathroom. One bathroom is on the ground floor. It is perfect for 4 people but we can fit 5.

This 5* luxury villa offers 200m² indoor and 400m² outdoor space, accommodating 8 adults + 2 children (up to 14 years) for an extra charge in four bright en-suite bedrooms. The ground floor includes 2 additional toilets. The highlight is an 18m heated pool and a 100m² rooftop terrace with a hot tub. Enjoy spectacular sea and town views.
