Offering a panoramic view of Stobreč Bay, and river mouth of Žrnovnica, Garden View Villa, just 500 m from nearby beach, offers ravishing view, but also offers comfortable and quiet garden space for private moments. This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, and private garden full of Mediterranean plants. Ovaj jedinstven apartman nudi opuštanje na 175m2 površine, od čega je 60m2 unutarnji prostor, 90m2 je vrt s natkrivenom terasom i bazenom, te dva parking mjesta 25m2. Terasa i bazen su natkriveni, a cijeli prostor je ograđen visokom ogradom s ispunom za privatnost. U vrtu je dostupan roštilj, travnata površina za sunčanje i rekreaciju te vanjski tuš. Vrt i bazen koriste ekskluzivno samo gosti apartmana Unique. Uz stan na raspolaganju imate i dva parking mjesta. Sve prostorije su klimatizirane.

The villa has an amazing view of the Adriatic sea and of the world famous old historic center of Trogir. The whole villa and property are secluded.
