We are neighbors with Beach Island Marina & Bubba Brews! The home comes with a private dock & 1 boat is allowed. Our pontoon rental stays in the other slip! There is a gradual grade to get down to the water with a complete concrete walkway. No more than 3 cars allowed due to limited parking.

Rocky Meadows Farm is a beautiful, rural landscape located in Blaine, Tennessee. We are conveniently located off Highway 11, providing easy access to: Downtown Knoxville (25mins) Sevierville (45mins) Cherokee Dam (30 mins) Big Ridge State Park (35 mins) The Loft is an old cattle barn we have renovated to create an amazing rustic getaway. It offers a spacious front porch, a small kitchenett, and a full bathroom with a hot shower!
