Beach Island Marina is only a couple miles away to launch your boat. They offer boat and jet ski rentals and Boathouse 33 (Bubba Brews) Restaurant which features live bands and corn hole. We are only 6 miles to Food City and Dollar General in Maynardville and 30 minutes to downtown Knoxville

Water taxi available through the marina for an additional fee paid directly to the marina. This place is very popular with kayakers! The surrounding water is inside of a no wake zone. This place is literally floating on the water! No smoking allowed. No pets allowed.
