Es mi propio hogar, donde yo mismo resido habitualmente. Tiene un salón de 35m2, un balcón de 12 m de largo, cocina, baño y dormitorio. Es muy soleada, tiene preciosas vistas sobre un palacio y sus jardines, y ningún escalón desde el exterior.

Especial para parejas o gente que se examine de examenes, no hay ruido ninguno. Caben 3 personas Wifii. Superequipado. Para aparcar, hay zona verde y azul de pago, alquilo parking por un precio módico, siempre y cuando no lo necesite yo. Ojo, reservo fin de semana completo. Hay supermercados cerca, bares, parque, etc.
