Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish studio space. Sleeping & seating area, shower room & kitchen, private terrace. Separate entrance & off-road parking. Breath-taking views across the countryside yet just a 20 minute walk or 5 minute busride to the university campus and onwards to the city centre. Within easy reach of beaches and Dartmoor and 1 mile from main-line train station. Well-stocked farm shop across the road. The studio is in our garden - here to help and also respect your privacy

Exeter on your doorstep!

Our house is perfectly situated for visiting all that Exeter has to offer. It sits just below the old city wall across the road from the River Exe, a short walk from the centre with shops, eateries and historic features. Use the Miller's Crossing footbridge opposite, and stroll along the river to the old Quay. There is a rear garden and - a real bonus - a designated parking space in a private car park behind the house. Please note: we have not raised our price; it now includes Airbnb fees.

Only a 10 minute drive from the centre of Exeter, The Studio at West Green is beautifully refurbished, with its own entrance, and in the picturesque Devon countryside. Ideal for an overnight stop, attending a wedding locally or close to Exeter Uni and city centre. A selection of local pubs serving great food and local beers are within a 10 minute drive or stroll along one of the many scenic footpaths. Little Gables - Unique retreat on edge of Dartmoor

Little Gables is located just outside the idyllic village of Dunsford on the edge of the Dartmoor National Park. An architect designed self catered guesthouse with boutique cabin style accommodation for two. The modern rustic interior is designed for a luxurious and comfortable stay consisting of a spacious open plan kitchen and living area with vaulted ceiling, bathroom with walk in shower and a built in emperor sized bed (2m x 2m) in the bedroom area with a bath (with a view) in the room.

The Shippon. Unique luxurious South Devon getaway.

A calm, deeply luxurious space to recharge & reconnect. The Shippon is a meticulously converted cow barn with heated, polished concrete floors, gently curving deep green walls, hand-built kitchen, warmly lit reading nooks, & natural materials. Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. You might just sleep better than you have in years.

Beautiful studio, own garden, logburner & en suite

This beautiful, spacious garden studio is hidden away in a private, leafy and secluded garden, screened off by beautiful trees and shrubs. It is in a friendly, quiet suburb of the city, just 2/3 mins walk from the nearest train station, bus stop, shop, cafe and takeaway, and about 1.5 miles from the city centre. An ideal base for a city break, or from which to explore the beautiful Devon coastline (25 mins drive to Exmouth and the famous Jurassic Coast) or the spectacular wilds of Dartmoor.

This annex has a double bedroom with lovely views. We are right next door, so just call! Please see the notes on parking. There is a lounge, a toilet/ shower room, a dining room, a kitchen with a cooker, microwave and washing machine. There's a private seating area outside the front door with views across Exeter and open countryside. The Uni is close, walking (15 mins) or you can walk to the city center (25 mins). or catch a bus nearby. Sofabed available on request. 1 WC with shower

The apartment was completely refurbished in 2019 with furniture and fittings of the highest standard. It is set on the first floor within an elegant Georgian building; the high ceilings and large windows, give a light and airy aspect to the rooms. This is ideal accommodation for those on business or a city break and for exploring the wider area.

In the city but very peaceful. close to The city centre and hospital and a short drive to the airport , Met office and on a bus route or 30 minute walk to the university. Beside the property we have a detached garage that is a dedicated parking space for guests in front.
