The apartment is stylishly and elegantly furnished and provided with every convenience. Free Wi-Fi, Apple TV, towels and bedlinen and regular cleaning are included.

A unique location for a fantastic stay. There are 4 single beds and two sofa beds in this spacious apartment (80m2). All things you could visit in the city ar within a walking distance of 2 to 15 minutes. Restaurants, cafe's, shops and terrases are all nearby. There is a bakery next door.

This location is for nature lovers and those seeking tranquility. From the houseboat you have a view of a nature-friendly bank that is ecologically managed by the local residents. You can view the many types of water birds and even the Kingfisher and the Cormorant come to catch a fish every now and then. The water is of very good quality and you can swim from the boat. You can also rent an electrically powered rowing boat from us to explore the area from the water.

Central spacious apartment with garden and terrace

Welcome! Our attractive house from 1899 is completely self-sufficient and fully equipped. Kitchen-diner, cozy living room, separate bedroom and bathroom with jacuzzi. It is located in a nice area, centrally in Utrecht, with a garden on the water and within a 10-minute walk you are in the center of Utrecht! You can rent a parking permit for the entire area from us on site for € 15,00 per day. (normal is € 50,00 a day in Utrecht!)

This beautiful 14th century wharf cellar (110 m2) is located on the Oudegracht, in the heart of Utrecht. Although the location is underground, this quiet basement has plenty of daylight. You have 2 bedrooms and sleeping accommodation for 4 people. Out of the the front room (4.20 x 6.40 m) you have a view over the Oudegracht. This space is very suitable for quiet work. Wifi available. Equipped with toys and baby accessories
