The living room is the brightest room, with a comfortable sofa bed, a new smart TV and a well-equipped kitchen. You will have also access to the private terrace on canal. Both in bedrooms and in living room you'll find curtains (they are electric, inside the glasses). If you want, it can become pitch dark. It's ground floor flat. You can easily access with your luggages, from the private bank or from the door on the street ("calle"). No keys! You will have your own PIN (we will send you 24 hours before arrival), so everyone can enter easily. L'appartamento si trova in una calle silenziosa e poco turistica, che consente di vivere una vera vita locale. A 5 minuti c'è la fermata vaporetto Arsenale, da qui puoi andare all'aeroporto o alla stazione dei treni, o al lido. Soggiorno: in soggiorno troverete, un divano molto comodo e due poltroncine con stampe e tessuto rivisitato in uno scenario caratterizzato da arredi in stile veneziano, un quadro del 700' di importante dimensione, il tutto abbinato ad oggetti e lampade di design. Cucina nuova dotata di tutti gli optional, tra cui i, il bollitore per il the, caffettiera , oltre a tutte le stoviglie necessarie per poter cucinare per 4 persone, un fantastico tavolo di design con 4 sedie in stile veneziano. Camera da letto1: vista su chiesa e campo vi si trova un letto matrimoniale con comodini e lampade per lettura piu il bagno completo adiacente Camera da letto 2 : vista su campo veneziano e canale, due letti singoli , armadio e porta valige piu bagno completo adiacente . Toilette: i bagni nuovi sono dotati di finestra e di una comoda doccia, oltre che del set di cortesia fornito all’arrivo, asciugacapelli e asciugamani.

It is very easy and comfortable to reach by public transport either you arrive from Marco Polo airport or from the Train Station, with no bridge to cross with your luggage between the nearest waterbus stop and the apartment.
