Pristine Private Beach! Genuine Tiny House perched right on the shore of Rio Grande! The tinyhouse movement is an architectural & social movement that advocates the efficiency of small homes. This one is called Beach Hut for a good reason, considering its surroundings :). Featuring 2 lofts (one accessible by regular steps, the other one by a real boat ladder -kids adore this one! -) with queen beds and another full size pullout sofa in the living/dining area, it can accommodate up to 6 people.

This cozy 2-story home sits on 10 acres in the Chama River Valley, with views of Cerro Pedernal and the mountains. Rustic, cozy, with all basic amenities. Ideal for the solo artist or couple. Hiking + hot springs nearby, including Ghost Ranch, Poshuouingue ruins & Ojo Caliente Springs! Most pets are welcome (for a pet fee).
