We are excited to share this beautiful, active area within minutes of the Appalachian Trail, Nolichucky River and Cherokee Natl Forest! The house with all amenities is nestled in Bailey Hollow close to Rte 26 between Asheville NC and Johnson City TN. Outdoor activities including hiking, rafting. Festivals, charming downtown Erwin, 30 minutes to historic Jonesborough with the Intl Storytelling Center and Bristol Motor Speedway.

Enjoy this quaint 1 BR apartment in a family neighborhood in the Tree Streets historic district. The space is newly renovated, full of light, and is completely private and quiet - with an extra sleeper sofa. On the second floor. A short walk to the heart of JC or to the ETSU campus. This space is perfect for a single person, or a couple traveling with or without a child, and has everything you need to settle in for a night or two, or a week or two. Easy in, easy out. We have a spacious bedroom suite with a private entrance located off the deck that is open for guests to use for a morning cup of coffee or take in the views. The suite has a space for everything with a table and chairs, queen bed, full bath and sofa. A Roku television and wifi complete a cozy space to relax. We are centrally located, within 15 minutes from historic Jonesborough, and 30 minutes from Johnson City, Greenville & Kingsport.

Guest love the peace and the views here at our retreat. Enjoy a morning or evening in the hot tub, sun on the pool deck and swim in warm weather. Relax by the fireplace or fire pit (roast some s’mores). Walk the property to see the chickens, horse, donkey and goats. At our farm we love diversity, support all love, and don’t think that hate makes America great - if you don’t agree we may not be the destination for you. We have added a small chair that converts to a bed- we can squeeze 3 in.

Nestled among the trees, Blue Haven Log Cabin sits atop a sloping hill and welcomes those looking for that perfect getaway to connect with loved ones either on the large front porch with a view of the mountains or on the patio below. A stone fireplace and rustic furniture gives it a sense of days gone by . The large stained glass window at the eave of a 22 foot cathedral ceiling cast every hue of blue onto the ceiling, loft and floor at different times of day. Host next door if needed.

We have Kayaks and life jackets available upon request at no charge (life jackets required!). Enjoy some time on the hammocks by the river or step into the hot tub on the deck over looking the river. Please note we do have a video camera overlooking the driveway as well as overlooking the stairway and river bank below the river cottage.
