This bespoke timber frame building was specifically designed for the holiday market.  Imagine a sumptuous high-end hotel suite glazed on two sides.  Then include a well-equipped fitted kitchen, add on an attached covered deck with semi sunken Hot Tub.  Place inside a private garden with tended lawn, climbing roses and wildflower area.  Throw in a handmade slate alfresco dining set and brick built charcoal grill.   Then raise it up to maximise the 180 degrees of uninterrupted country side views.

The End Barn is a stylish one-bedroom open-plan apartment, thoughtfully converted from a traditional barn into a modern, comfortable living space, ideal for a short stay in Wellington. This really is the most beautiful of getaways - An easily accessible hideaway under 2 miles from junction 27 M5 and Tiverton Parkway. Suitable for 1-3 adults wanting to explore the South West, a mini yoga retreat, working locally or just wanting to escape to the countryside. The heated pool is right on your door step and has a swim pump . There is a wet-room, bed and sofa-bed downstairs. Hopefully suitable for many with neurodiverse issues or dementia. Not suitable for children or babies.

Snooze in a hammock and then relax in front of a film before heading to a comfy king size bed.

Unwind in the beautiful Somerset countryside. Set within a wing of this historic medieval stone Manor House, Otters Holt at Chipley Escapes is on the first floor and accessed via its own private entrance and staircase. The two bedroom apartment is furnished to a high standard and includes log burner, Smart TV and a well equipped kitchen comprising oven and grill, induction hob and fridge. The dining table converts to a workstation and the contemporary bathroom has a large walk-in shower.

Tucked away with private access there is ample street parking for multiple vehicles. A short walk from the town center and the stunning Wellington basins it’s a great base for exploring.

Oake Manor golf club is about 1 mile away and Junction 26 of the M5 is roughly 3 miles.
