The tidal beach & the floating dock (May-Dec) is ideal for seasonal fishing, lounging & swimming.

The post-and-beam cottage has cozy furnishings and expansive views across a field, pond, and cove. Bald eagles and osprey soar overhead, sturgeon leap in the river & nights are full of stars. Not recommended for those with mobility issues. Bathroom is downstairs, bedroom is upstairs. Owners live on property with small dog.

Winter or summer, the Little River Retreat will help you step away from the world - but still be minutes from Reid State Park, Five Islands Lobster, the Georgetown General Store, and the rugged beauty of Midcoast Maine. This is our family camp, with our own books, games, and “vibe”. It is not a hotel, and some things may not be “industry standard”. Gorgeous riverside studio, the smaller of two AirBnB houses on the same property on the outskirts of beautiful and historic Bath, Maine. (The other, “Beautiful Summer River Retreat,” is a separate Airbnb rental.) Kitchenette, bathroom/shower, living room, and bedroom. Simple, modern decor. Close to great shops, restaurants, and beaches, and just a 20-minute drive from Bowdoin College. Adjacent to a boat launch, and a short walk from the Bath Marine Museum and a scenic dog park.

Infants welcome but the apartment is not babyproof. No cigarettes on the property, but smoking (legal) weed on the porch is fine.

Cottage Style Studio! All in pricing (with exception of Maine tax), spacious, comfy, bright! Easy access to Harpswell’s 216 miles of coastline via coastal trails, lovely side roads, small beaches and preserves. Fresh lobster and seafood! Popham Beach and Reid State Park with expansive beaches are 35 minutes or less away. Enjoy the trails in the woods as well! Seasonal pricing and minimum stays longer in season.
