Relax in the countryside & enjoy the beautiful outdoors. This annex is a new addition on a 300 year old thatch farmhouse. You have your own private space, direct access from road, a small fenced garden and a parking space. The flat has a double bed, en-suite, and lounge-diner with sofabed for kids. You can use our garden, canoes, beach kit, bikes & golf swing cage if you want. Easy walks right into fields, & along the River Tale or Otter. If you need more space, we have a barn on the property.

Situated just outside of Wareham our location is at the heart of the Jurassic Coast World Heritage site. We are close to many local attractions including RSPB Arne, Lulworth Cove and Durdle Door. Enjoy the wildlife from the patio, stroll around or we can arrange for you to Kayak on our beautiful lake.

Three large double bedrooms, one with extra single bed, one single bedroom. Two sitting rooms, each with wood burning stoves, TV’s with full Sky, TNT, Premier, Netflix package. Very large modern kitchen with extendable dining room table, seats 10. Picturesque, very quiet front garden with inflatable 4-person hot tub.

Forget your worries in this spacious three-bedroom apartment with level access from your private parking space. A bright, open-plan living area and three well-proportioned en-suite bedrooms make this an excellent choice for groups of friends or a base for a multi-generational family holiday. A 15-minute downhill walk takes you to the main street, the beaches, and the Jurassic coastline. Borrow our beach hut, buckets, crab lines and fossil hunting kit to benefit from our local knowledge :)

The windows overlook the village duck pond and spring and pretty waterfall. There is parking, for your car, at your door. We're in a Dorset village with Trafalgar history, centuries old church, busy pub. The coast is only a couple of miles away. We are on the Dorset Coastal Path and the SSSI Jurasic Coast. £7.50 for a full Dorset breakfast. Evening meal £7 to £12.

Gazing from the shepherds hut or private decking area at stunning sunsets over the lake and the abundance of birds and wildlife you probably will not want to leave these idyllic natural surroundings. It is only 1 mile from the pretty riverside town of Wareham where you can enjoy a delicious meal at one of the eateries or relax at the rivers edge.
