Longdon Barn is a brand new stunning luxury barn conversion within the Estate of Longdon Hall. This idyllic escape features your own private heated 12m indoor pool, hot tub and gym, 2 luxurious king size bedrooms with 2.5 bathrooms. The beautiful sitting room, with open-plan living-dining and new kitchen make the "Barn" an ideal property for a family or group of friends. In the heart of Solihull, walks to Knowle pubs/restaurants are on the doorstep, while Warwick and Stratford-u-Avon are nearby.

The Poolhouse

Surrounded by fields, our poolhouse is set away from the main house. Providing the ideal base for business and leisure guests. Well placed for the many regional attractions. Inside there is a large, light reception area overlooking pool terrace, galley kitchen, lobby, wet room, basement TV room with large modular sofas/optional beds, and a galleried mezzanine - please note that the sleeping platform has steep, space-saver stairs and restricted headroom which may not be suitable for all guests.

Kandolhu

A perfect blend of comfort and style Kandolhu is an ideal getaway for those seeking tranquility. The sumptuous super king bed promises a restful night's sleep, while the large walk-in shower adds a touch of spa-like luxury. The kitchen and breakfast bar provides a cozy spot to enjoy your morning coffee. The dining table sets the perfect scene for intimate meals and the corner sofa invites you to rest and relax. Outside, you can unwind on the balcony and enjoy lazy lunches and alfresco suppers.

This stylish studio loft apartment offers a very convenient location for a handy, charming stopover. Near to Birmingham airport and NEC, Warwick, Henley in Arden, Stratford upon Avon to name but a few. The apartment comprises cosy bedroom area, open plan living area with comfy sofas, smart tv, dining / kitchen area with fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and a loo and basin (please note there’s no shower in the loft but we can give access to the downstairs shower room). Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in the best that nature has to offer. Have a memorable weekend in this shepherds hut based on the Worcestershire/ Herefordshire border, an area of outstanding natural beauty. Based just off the amazing "Worcestershire way" hike. Access to a natural swimming pool, hot tub and sauna between 3pm and no later than 7.30pm. Part of Wild Wood Uk which offers amazing extras including wild swimming, reformer Pilates, yoga…. Dreamy Pool House

Set on its own, overlooking the natural swimming pool, this cosy stable barn has everything you need for a romantic getaway. The Poolhouse is set amongst 34 acres of parkland on the Talton House estate, and is 10 minutes from Stratford upon Avon and the Cotswolds. Downstairs is a kitchenette, sofabed, loo and shower. Up a ladder is the mezzanine level with a comfortable double bed, from which you can look out over the orchard. Outside on the patio is the wood-fired hot tub.

The Cabin by the Pool

Self-contained luxury cabin set in our country garden with views across a large, heated outdoor swimming pool which is for your exclusive use. A raised deck captures the afternoon and evening sun and a fire pit area with blankets makes for cosy evenings stargazing. The Cabin is air-conditioned, has a Super-King size bed, luxurious cotton sateen linen and a stylish shower room with fluffy towels. There is fast WiFi, a smart TV, Bose sound system and a well equipped kitchen.

Award winning artisan Farm Shop with café, butchers and bakery all on site. Keys are collected using a code for a keybox so this gives you flexibility on arrival and departure times.
