You'll have a fully stocked kitchen with top of the line appliances, a large private yard with outdoor shower and fire pit, laundry in-unit, WiFi, and Roku TV. Cozy cottage in historic part of West Palm Beach. Very close to City Place, Clematis street, Convention Center ( 2 miles - 6 minutes drive). Grandview Public Market is only 1 mile away, which is only 10 minutes walking distance away trough beautiful neighborhood ( Flamingo Park and Grandview Heights). Norton Museum of Art is on your way to downtown. Airport is 2 miles away, as well as a Palm Beach Zoo. Private and quiet. We have cameras outside on the property to keep everyone safe!

This location is just a few minutes in car from Singer Island and Peanut Island, and steps away from Manatee Lagoon. Downtown WPB & Palm Beach Island are a 10-minute drive. There are also food trucks directly across the street! We hope you enjoy our little studio outside the city of West Palm Beach!

Shut off @ 12am. 🕛 Located 4 minutes from Publix Supermarket, 15 minutes to the Beach 🏖 and minutes away from Airport ☀️ 🛬. City place and Downtown are also within 15 minutes away.
