The cottage is centrally located within meters of Leigh beach and the waterside bars and restaurants of the old town. Leigh-on-Sea train station is a 10 minute walk past the historic cockle sheds and the popular Broadway is with a short stroll with its many independent shops and boutiques and more bars and restaurants.
