An Overview of the Villa Villa Solace, a brand new gem ( 2023 build ) nestled in Vanato region, presents a captivating retreat mere moment’s away from the renowned Tsilivi sandy beach and Zakynthos town. This modern villa stands as a getaway to both excitement and relaxation, providing easy access to the finest beaches, lively bars, and exquisite restaurants that the island has to offer. Boasting two elegantly designed bedrooms and two luxurious bathrooms that ensure both comfort and privacy. The open plan fully equipped kitchen - living room forms the heart of the villa. With an outdoor barbeque area for gatherings and a convenient free parking zone, Villa Solace seamlessly combines convenience with leisure. Interiors l Bedrooms & Bathrooms The Villa features two modern and spacious bedrooms along with two bathrooms designed to provide comfort and privacy to the guests. Each bedroom is furnished with high-quality linens, plush pillows and comfortable beds promises restful nights. The bedrooms are also fully equipped with air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable temperature throughout your stay. It can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests in real beds and an additional 2 guest's sleep in the living room sofa and as a folding beds. First Bedroom l Two single beds (1.00 x 2.00) that can be converted in King Bed (Upon request) Second Bedroom l Double Bedroom (1.80 x 2.00) King Size Bed Exteriors I BBQ The outdoor area is surrounded by the beauty of nature. A well-equipped barbeque area and al fresco dining area providing a perfect setting for enjoying meals under the sun or stars. Crafted with comfort in mind, it invites gatherings and conversations to flourish amidst the serene ambiance. Guests arriving by car can take advantage of the villa's convenient parking area. Exteriors I Pool The outdoor area of the villa spans 200m2 and boasts a 28m2 swimming pool (1.5 depth), which is surrounded by lush greenery and comfortable sun loungers. The pool is perfect for taking a dip on a hot summer day, and it provides the perfect spot for relaxing and soaking up the sun's rays. There is also a beautiful outdoor dining and barbecue area where you can enjoy cooking and dining al fresco meals with your loved ones, surrounded by the stunning natural beauty of the villa's surroundings. Guests arriving by car can take advantage of the villa's convenient parking area. Heated Pool Policy Ι To ensure a pleasant and relaxing swim throughout the cooler months, our villa offers the option of pool heating, subject to the following conditions: Water Temperature | The heating system can elevate the water temperature up to approximately 26°C, depending on external weather conditions. Recommended Periods | Pool heating is most beneficial during the spring and autumn months — from March to mid-June, and again during October and November. Advance Arrangement | For optimal comfort, please request pool heating at least 4 days prior to arrival, allowing sufficient time for the water to reach the desired temperature. Daily Rate | The service is available at an additional cost of €50 per day. Booking Terms | Pool heating is offered exclusively for the entire duration of your stay, and charges are calculated accordingly. Weather Conditions | Kindly note that the system does not operate when outdoor temperatures exceed 25°C or during rainy weather. A pool cover is not available. Guest access l Guests have the entire property and the Pool to their private use! Full access inside and outside the Villa! No shared areas!

Villa Arcadia

Villa Arcadia has 3 bedrooms. The large master bedroom can accommodate 2 people & two children (the two children on a sofa bed). It is ideal for the accommodation of 6 adults and 2 children (2-12 years old). It has 1 large bathroom with hydromassage. For larger families or groups of up to 12 people (only 8 adults + 4 children) the Villa Arcadia suite is also available which can accommodate 4 people (2 adults & 2 children) in a 70 sq m space with bedroom, living room, dining room and 1 large bathroom. For reservations of 12 people (only 8 adults & 4 children) inquiry and pre-approval are required.
