A 15–20-minute walk to restaurants, bars and the "G line" light rail that takes you to Union Station in Denver. The heart of Olde Town Arvada is amazing and is a pedestrian only walking mall!

It's a short walk to Regis University, coffee shops, parks and local eateries. Plenty of parks and bike trails near by. This is a non-smoking unit.
