Our home is conveniently located in a nice neighborhood near Factory Outlet shopping, the Seneca Niagara Casino, hiking, biking, movie theaters, and a full array of dining choices. Just 20 minutes to the falls and most other locations. This apartment has 2 bathrooms 1 w/ a shower and 1 w/ a claw-foot soaking tub. The kitchen is fully equipt with a gas stove. The small living room has couch / flat screen and is next to private work area. 2 generous size bedrooms the larger has a king size bed. Washer & dryer access in basement.
