Other nearby attractions: Calfkiller Brewery, Northfield Vineyards, Rock Island, Fall Creek Falls, Burgess Falls, & Center Hill Lake. If you're looking for a fun get-away, close to downtown, then look no further!

Escape to this modern, charming, updated space with hiking, boating, kayaking, and waterfalls nearby. Has all the amenities you need for a fun weekend with friends or family. Enjoy listening to live music just across the water at Fishlipz. There is also a boat ramp near the property, but I would not suggest larger boats or trailers to attempt to launch. Short walk down the hill to a gravel launch with plenty of area for desired activities, fishing, launching kayaks and small fishing boats.

We are looking for a couple who might want to rent for the summer, and use as a weekend getaway. Have city water, electricity, and composting toilet, beautiful deck overlooking the river, plus a deck down by the river, floating dock, kayaks. 4-wheel drive required. "Find a beautiful place and get lost"!
