Cozy Nashville Attic Apartment

Welcome to our cozy attic studio in the heart of Nashville! We are in a great area with good restaurants and shopping nearby, and we are just minutes from downtown. We live on the main floor below the attic unit, but it has its own entrance and is completely separate. You should expect some noise from our family and dog, but you can expect privacy as well. Since we live on site, you can also expect quick assistance with any need you have during your stay. We are happy to help in any way we can!

Attached to the back of our home, this separate entrance, mother-in-law suite in West Nashville offers a 700 sq foot space that includes one bedroom with a queen memory foam mattress, living room, bathroom with double sinks, rain shower, kitchenette, table for two, dedicated work space, high speed wifi & parking for 1. Only 7 minutes to the airport, 15-20 minutes to the heart of downtown, and even closer to trending restaurants, shopping, and green way trails. Includes large screened porch, a shared outdoor patio with moss covered bricks/stone walkways and waterfall pond garden complete with koi and goldfish to feed. Pets welcome.

The Retro Retreat is the upstairs apartment in a historic property. 15 minutes from BNA & Opryland attractions and 15 minutes from downtown Nash, this cozy Inglewood apartment is wrapped in pine wood and furnished with a vintage flair with a private entrance.  The bedroom accommodates 2 guests, queen size bed. Alternate foldable memory foam mattress is available. It is stored else ware, let me know before you arrive if it's needed. Off-street parking, two vehicles, Daily coffee provided.
