This is a one-bedroom unit in a 3-unit building w/ 1 parking space. The space is completely separated from the other units in the building. The third floor living room and bedroom have a great view over the surrounding buildings. We hope to provide a comfortable home away from home for families who may be in the area for care at Nationwide Children's Hospital, attending one of Columbus's many events and attractions, or visiting family or friends in the Columbus area! Updated kitchen, spacious bathroom and large living space. Comfortable Queen-size bed, lots of light and great views of the park and gardens are my favorite highlights of this space. HE washer and dryer in your private laundry room. Jazz greats jammed in this space, and many books that belonged to the judge who built the house and later left to work in the White House are in the library downstairs. We collect unusual plants! Hope you'll enjoy the diversity and peaceful surroundings.
