It has a high ceiling and light colors with plenty of windows, as well as various lighting for a relaxing experience. Also on the property, is our lovely main house, cottage, barn and artist's studio. Visit historic downtown Franklin for great entertainment and dining, as well as a hiking trails nearby for the nature lover!

The “Perch" is an all new studio apartment with a private entrance. Your space is connected to our main house but is completely separate. Enjoy a comfy queen size bed with fresh linens, large en-suite bath, a convenient coffee station featuring a Keurig with coffee pods, wet bar, flat screen tv, surround sound & fast WiFi. Relax on the private patio with pretty views of the countryside. See local wildlife, such as deer, fox and turkey. The Perch is conveniently located less than 4 min to I-65.

Guest house in the heart of downtown Franklin

Enjoy historic downtown Franklin with a 6 block walk from the guest house to the 5 points center of downtown Franklin. Our guest house is a spacious 681 sq. ft. house with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room, eating area, full kitchen, stackable washer & dryer, separate private entrance and one outdoor parking space next to the guest house and additional parking located on the street. The guest house is over the detached garage completely separate from the main house for the utmost privacy.
