My place is a historic limestone building with a loft, located on my family farm. One mile away from the interstate and 6 miles north of Ellsworth, you’ll love its convenience as much as its coziness, history, and quaint charm. My place is good for couples and solo adventurers that are looking for a unique experience in the country that isn't too far off the beaten path. This is a private building near the main farmhouse with its own living space, kitchenette, bathroom, and loft bedroom (queen).

Quiet place on the edge of town pet friendly

Quiet area with a lot of area around the property to park vehicles or boats. 5 acres around the house if your pets need to stretch their legs. Located 8 miles from wilson lake if you enjoy boating, swimming , fishing, or just enjoy being around the lake. Nice local cafe, and service station with a small grocery area. Laundromat a block away. Local liquor store and a theater. If your into art there are a couple art attractions in town also the garden of eden. Firepit area coming this spring!

After a long day of traveling, working, fishing, swimming, or hunting, step into our very clean, cozy home, and relax. Plenty of free parking on the property. Dorrance is a very safe, family friendly, area. Wilson Lake is a short drive away where you can swim, hike, bike, fish, boat, and kayak!

Sylvan Grove is a small prairie town in Post Rock Country, just a few miles from Wilson Lake & I-70! A sanctuary for weary travelers & lake escape for friends & family!

The Stodola LLC

You’ll have plenty to enjoy at this historic place located just 2.5 miles from Wilson Lake. The Stodola was originally built in 1910 as a dairy barn. (In fact, the word "stodola" means "barn" in Czech.) The Stodola LLC was established in 2023 with a full renovation of the building and the homestead. Come stay and share all the amenities that country life has to offer!
