Amy’s Local BNB is nestled among huge fir trees in a quiet neighborhood a short walk from downtown Sebastopol. This sunny contemporary gem focuses on our commitment to local and sustainably sourced food, wine, and crafts. With a full kitchen, you can enjoy the comforts of a meal cooked “at home” from the local farmer’s market, or walk to superb local eateries. We will share maps to our favorite swimming hole on the Russian River or to ocean beaches, or introduce you to excellent local vintners.

This unique, well equipped, 1 Bed cute little studio (that we love) is detached and fenced off from our main house. It has a separate entrance through a side gate and it's own private rear deck, with a seating and dining area... that overlooks Sausal Creek and Dimond Park. The tall willow that grows along the creek gives the deck the perfect amount of privacy and with the tranquil sound of the creek flowing (not during dry season) you would almost forget you are in an urban city.

Casa de Gamay - Your Home Away From Home

Casa de Gamay is your home away from home. We've strove to include all the amenities one would need. Start with a complete kitchen with a few items ready to cook for that last minute dinner. We have the spices and staples to help you create a marvelous meal. Sit down next to our gas fireplace and watch cable TV (Comcast with a voice controlled remote), DVD player, Netflix, Hulu. Charge your car in our EV station, and then sleep in a king sized bed. Doesn't get better.

Sonoma Studio is decorated with fine art and oriental rugs. Views of the mountains and Valley. Kitchenette and a charcoal bbq and traiger for your use on the patio. It’s Supplied with coffee& tea,oatmeal or granola for your first morning. Fully stocked for light cooking. Smart tv with all the streaming services. Sonos speaker in room. Molekule air purifier. The property location is situated close to the town of Mendocino, approximately 4 miles directly east of town. It is a separate guesthouse from the main farmhouse. There are numerous trees surrounding the cottage, providing privacy. The views are of open meadow, forest and apple orchard. Lots of outdoor space; fire pit, redwood fairy ring with hammock, secret tree forts, lawn games, outdoor kitchen with sink, counter and BBQ.

Robin's Nest

Your second home is above our 2-car garage, a 1 bedroom, 1 bath, living room, full kitchen and dining area. A twin size daybed is in the living room. Local grocery stores are within a mile, a 10-minute drive to downtown Santa Rosa, 45-minute drive to the coast and little over an hour to San Francisco. We are centrally located to explore Sonoma and Napa County wineries, breweries and hiking trails. Permit #SVR23-170

Windsong Guest Yurt B&B

Cradled in the rolling hills of Point Reyes the Windsong Yurt and the Point Reyes House are thoughtfully located nearby each other on four acres at the end a country road, just a 2-minute drive to the center of Point Reyes Station. Close by are The Pt Reyes National Seashore and Tomales Bay. The Sonoma and Napa wine regions are a beautiful 1 to 2 hour drive away.
