Welcome to the Cozy Cottage at Wise. This comfortable 2 bedroom 1 bath home is located only 3.1 miles from the campus of the UVA College. It has a check yourself in keypad. Guest can enjoy a spacious living room with a 75 inch smart TV, two comfortable queen beds with European cotton bed linens. It has a well stocked kitchen, Keurig coffee maker, and waffle maker. For guest to enjoy, it has a relaxing patio, and spacious parking. The washer and dryer are located in the basement.

It features artwork from local artists along with 2 spacious bedrooms, kitchen, sunroom (with a twin bed and small desk), living room and front entrance way. Wifi and Netflix are available. There is parking reserved for guests. The second-floor apartment has outdoor steps leading to a small deck. Offering a Pack N’ Play and double stroller upon request, for guests with children.
