You’ll love our location, our private and peaceful semi tropical garden setting, separate and fully self contained studio, out look onto garden. We welcome double vaxed guests and are are required to see your verification certificate. Good for couples, solo adventurers and business people. 10 o’clock check out. We have very friendly small dog. No cleaning costs. No breakfast is supplied. No dogs sorry.

Inside, the kitchen has everything you need if you want to eat in. But it’s just a short walk down the street to Inverloch's great pubs, cafes and restaurants if you want to venture out! The bathroom is modern and features a large bath, and the beds are comfy and made with fresh linen.

This means you'll be able to use some great facilities, free of charge including: BBQ, camp kitchen and an indoor heated pool!

It's a short 10 min drive to Inverloch and 8 mins to the beautiful Cape Paterson beaches. We are also walking distance to Bass Coast Rail Trail. Our house has a beautiful open living kitchen, dining and lounge room that flows through to the covered alfresco area. Our house is suitable for families, couples and business travellers.
