Lakehouse Estate is a newly completed home on 3 acres with private clear lake forming the centre piece. 4 of the 6 modern bedrooms each with ensuites over look the lake and face east so the sunrises are spectacular. If not a morning person simply hit the button and the auto block out blinds come down. The kitchen opens up to the lake across a large deck with BBQ. With your own mini beach, gym, large av room and separate kids room all will be entertained or escape and find your peace and quiet.

Looking for a summer break away, not too far from Melbourne, Venus Bay is a perfect destination surrounded by beautiful oceans & bush lands. Bring your pet for $15 per night. Twin Palms Inverloch

Enjoy a relaxing break in this renovated 60s style beach shack! The yard is kid-and-pet friendly, have some fun with a putt of mini golf on the fake turf area and let your dog roam around the gardens. Inside, the kitchen has everything you need if you want to eat in. But it’s just a short walk down the street to Inverloch's great pubs, cafes and restaurants if you want to venture out! The bathroom is modern and features a large bath, and the beds are comfy and made with fresh linen.

Warneet Retreat

Warneet retreat is a cosy little home away from home. It's ideal for couples or singles. It has a queen size bed. Well behaved dogs are welcome! It's separate from the main house and has front and back doors, a fenced deck and barbecue area. There is a hairdryer, ironing board and iron supplied. The kitchen has a large fridge, electric cook top and microwave oven. Relax in front of the 50 inch TV, watch Netflix or play a game.The retreat is heated and cooled by a split system.

Sol House, Kilcunda

Sol House was designed to capture the sunlight from sunrise to sunset. This pre-fabricated block-style beach house was built in 2021, to fit the setting of the relaxed, surfy vibe of Killy. A short 350m stroll to the iconic Kilcunda General Store for a morning coffee or the Ocean View Hotel for a cold beer and dinner. Or sit back on the porch overlooking the adjacent parkland down to the wild Bass Coast ocean. Enjoy the flowing gardens, firepit and outdoor entertainment area!

Glamping Pod with Ensuite

Our Pods have been hand built into a bespoke design for couples or friends alike. A fantastic way to camp comfortably, these Pods are fully furnished with an ensuite and contain a queen size bed, microwave, bar fridge, kettle, TV, patio furniture and bathroom. Please note, this Glamping Pod is situated in a quiet Holiday Park in Wonthaggi. This means you'll be able to use some great facilities, free of charge including: BBQ, camp kitchen and an indoor heated pool!

The Wombat - central, cute & cosy beach shack

Welcome to "The Wombat"! This special place is right in the heart of Venus Bay, a short walk from the main patrolled surf beach & located just around the corner from the local cafe, bar, children's playground, corner store, pizza shop, pharmacy, fish & chips, and ice cream store! Our cosy beach shack offers a fully equipped kitchen, plenty of parking space, an outdoor shower to rinse off after a day at the beach, and comfy sofas to sit and watch the world go by...

"The Bungalow"

A cosy bungalow set on a large 600sqm block. All amenities updated. A spacious deck offers a leafy outlook with plenty of birds for company. The bungalow backs onto a big oval. A comfortable 10-15 minute walk into town and Wonthaggi's walking trails. It has a functional kitchen, clean and reliable hot shower, and space to relax. The Bungalow is a 6-minute drive to some stunning beaches and conveniently located 10 mins from Inverloch and 30 mins from PI.

Inverloch Luxury Retreat is the perfect place for an indulgent getaway for up to two families. Having undergone recent renovations, the house is beautifully decorated and styled throughout. Split system units in the main living room and master bedroom provide a comfortable environment all year round. Sheridan branded linen, towels and toiletries are provided during your stay. A portacot and high chair is also available.
