Iconic 17th Century Thatched Cottage

Enjoy the beautiful garden in the summer sunshine or hunker down next to the fire in the winter, Hoo Cottage has it all! It is one of the few thatched Cotswold Stone properties, tucked away in the idyllic village of Chipping Campden. We have done our best to bringing out the distinctive character of this historic property, while furnishing it in a luxurious rustic style. The history of the cottage is still up to debate. However, we have found evidence of it playing a role as the village bakery.

Nestled at the foot of the Malvern Hills, an Area of Natural Beauty, this stylish three-bedroom home is ideal for a relaxing escape or an outdoor-focused stay. Scenic hill walks begin just 8 minutes away at the Tank Clock Tower, with British Camp a short drive. Great Malvern town centre is around a 20-minute walk. Nearby attractions include Malvern Theatres Priory Park The Morgan Motor Company The award-winning Nags Head pub. A comfortable, well-located base for exploring the Malverns.

The Coach House makes up part of Bretforton Manor, a Grade II-listed Jacobean estate that’s a 10-minute drive from Chipping Campden in the picturesque north Cotswolds. We only have the one property which is luxurious and very spacious for two people. Guests have access to our incredible facilities (5 acres of grounds with an indoor swimming pool, which is open April to Sept and a tennis court). Bretforton is a brilliant base to explore the Cotswolds, Stratford upon Avon, Oxford.

A fully appointed self catering rental, a stone’s throw from Stanbrook Abbey and the Old hills. From toasting marshmallows around the fire pit, or sipping a glass of wine on the deck in the evening sun, Ivy Stables has everything you need for a lovely getaway where you’d be comfortable for a 1 night stay or an extended break.

The Woodshed

We are located in the countryside but within easy reach of Cheltenham, Stratford-on-Avon, the Cotswolds, the Malverns and Worcester. We are a working farm at the foot of Bredon Hill, just over one mile from the local village which has a great pub. There are many great walks and cycle routes around and we also have a large pond which is great for fishing in or relaxing by. The Woodshed is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with children).
