Need a place to stay? This is it!!! Relax on your way through town, for a day, week, month or more. We are friendly with room to share. A main floor room w/ a queen bed, tiny fridge & TV. Shared full bath upstairs & 3/4 on the main level. Laundry room Driveway Parking Wi-Fi Note: We have 2 cats and 2 small dogs (Paisley & Chloe) who are super friendly. No additional pets please. Rules: No smoking in/on property Shoes off by front door No Food or sugary sodas in rooms (shared kitchen OPEN).

Friends and guests alike say they immediately feel calmer when they come to the farm. Your stay would include a private room and bathroom, a light snack and in room coffee. We have three sweet miniature fainting goats that keep it fun. Clean, Uber-relaxing. Outdoor space and gazebo and grill are yours to use. Conveniently located in the Western suburb of Loretto, which is a 30 minute drive to downtown Mpls and concerts, 40 minutes from the airport. Away from the hurry, yet close to convenience.

Our Studio

Welcome to Big Lake/Monticello! Our one bedroom studio is fully equipped for your stay. Private screen porch, separate, private entrance, full kitchen and walk in shower. Ample parking. We provide a few light breakfast items such as coffee, juice, milk. We will re-supply coffee, tea, bottled water. After one week, paper products are your responsibility We do offer a variety of snack items as well. *note: Minnesota weather is unpredictable. No guarantee porch is “open”until May 1.

Wonderful expansive views of the Mississippi River from your room. This room features a leather mini couch, very comfortable queen size bed, high-speed internet, 46 in LG TV, towels, rags bedding. Easy access to the Second Story deck perfect for relaxing. laundry and common areas included, as a kitchen including everything you would need to cook and clean.

Wonderful Mississippi Riverfront on the west side of Elk River. Room has 55 inch LG tv, highspeed wifi, Beautiful gardens/yard. Whirlpool bath and shower. supportive spring mattress. Awesome second-story balcony overlooking the river. Kitchen, laundry, garage. This is available for short or long term lease as well.
