Discover the perfect pet-friendly haven in the heart of Elkhart County! This charming home is your ideal destination for a serene and rejuvenating getaway. Situated near the third-largest rail freight yard in the U.S., you'll love the unique train-themed ambiance. While you unwind on the deck, keep an eye out for graceful deer and enjoy the soothing sounds of trains rolling by. Plus, there’s ample parking available for RVs, making it a great choice for those is in town for a service call.

Tiny home log cabin at the pines

Nurture your most important relationships at this peaceful authentic log cabin, built in 2022, set halfway in the long lane of our 18 acre property. Enjoy privacy with the massive pine trees behind you. Relax on the front porch and watch the sunset beyond the horse pasture and cornfields. The cabin boasts Wi-Fi, TV screen w options,a soaker tub, queen bed, recliners with heating feature, a full kitchen stocked with pots and pans, a washer and dryer. Everything you need for a longer stay.

Chelsea Upstairs Studio for One Person

Studio for ONE person. No smoking indoors or out. No pets. Located on the second floor with a narrow & steep stairway. Our typical guest is in town for work at Notre Dame or the local hospital, so we ask everyone to keep a quiet house for sleeping and studying. Our neighborhood is usually quiet, but not always. See the LOCATION section under the map to read a description of our neighborhood. *Winter Note: We shovel the walkways at the Airbnb, but not usually until later in the day.

Old Fox Farm - Cozy Country

Our turn of the century farmhouse is situated in the country on over three acres. Enjoy a large kitchen, dining room and large family room along with three bedrooms (upstairs) and two full baths (1 up and 1 down). The rural atmosphere is perfect for walks or evening fires (we have a fire ring, lawn chairs, and some wood). Enjoy the night sky with a view of the stars and constellations. We have a lovely, safe, rural community with friends and fields as neighbors. No parties allowed.

"SERENITY COTTAGE" A private lake front home on the north shore of Lake of the Woods. 35 min. to Notre Dame and 19 min. to Amish country, Nappanee, IN. This charming three bedroom home in a quiet setting is the perfect place to catch some much needed R & R with family & friends. Park you boat at our private pier or just enjoy observing the wildlife, sunsets, etc. Observe the grace of great blue herons, mama ducks with their ducklings, and you may catch a glimpse of a bald eagle!

Hedgewood Haven

Welcome to our cozy haven among the hedgewood. There’s room for the whole family to relax and unwind from a busy day. There’s plenty of comfortable seating in the living room, a fully functional kitchen, and a back yard for the children to play. Little Caesars is directly behind the house across the alley. We are 5 minutes from the US 20 and US 33 off ramp. Shipshewana is 30 minutes East and Notre Dame is 30 minutes west. Be aware that trains do pass by the house 2 blocks away.

Looking to stay at a gorgeous & one of a kind space? This modern barn has a beautifully renovated, private apartment for you to enjoy located in the walkout basement of our home; It is close to downtown Wakarusa, Mishawaka, South Bend & only 25 minutes from the Irish of ND! Cozy up in front of the fireplace with coffee & a book, play some board games in the silo-lounge, or make this luxurious space home, while you get out and explore!!!

Historic Studebaker Carriage House- Lower Level

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. An old carriage house was transformed by artists to create this comfortable guest space loaded with character and modern design details. It is perfect for a short or long term stay. A fully equipped kitchen is ready for you to prepare meals or you can take a quick walk downtown to one of the many restaurant options within walking distance. Just a 10 minute drive to Notre Dame!

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Nestled among the trees, it provides a quiet getaway from the chaos of life allowing you to recharge and renew. The main residence is approximately 400 feet from the cabin. The cabin is secluded and yet close to local attractions, restaurants, biking and nature trails. The Cabin has a total of 420 sq ft living space with 280 sq ft on the ground floor and a 140 sq ft bedroom loft.
