Come back to relax in the hot tub, enjoy s'mores around the fire pit, or snuggle by the fireplace and stream your favorite movie.

This home is located on the Yellowstone River with unobstructed views of Yellowstone National Park. The 30 ft. deck with BBQ and comfy furniture is fantastic for relaxing after a long day of rafting, hiking, or exploring everything that Yellowstone has to offer. You’ll love the views, the location and beautiful and comfortable living space. The Private River Access is perfect for fly fishing all year-round. There are many dining options, a grocery store and shopping all within walking distance.

Livingston and Emigrant offer nice dining, breweries, an array of art galleries and other unique shops. Chico's pool is outdoors, wonderfully clean as water is fresh every day.

Nestled in your own private forest, you are close to town and various attractions (easy access from hwy 20, right on Yellowstone Bear World Road). The outdoor space boasts a fire pit, wood benches, picnic area, gas grill, edison lights, and hot tub. Newly constructed modern lodge has soaring ceilings with 2 bedrooms, stone fireplace, walk-in shower, and stocked kitchen.

Nestled in the heart of Paradise Valley, surrounded by breathtaking mountain views. The Cottage is cozy, sparkling clean, all the amenities of home and more. The cottage is attached to the new Ranch House (which is expected to be complete by end of June), we do our best not to disturb guests. Cottage remains totally private. No Shared spaces - only the views. Relax in front of the inside fireplace or enjoy the crackling sound and smell of a wood burning fireplace in the outdoor pavilion .

Cabin on the Creek

This peaceful and centrally-located cabin is built with repurposed materials from million dollar homes in Jackson WY and old homesteads in surrounding farmland ID. An eclectic and cozy place to lay your head, enjoy forest views, and explore the forest on your way to the creek. Look out for the local deer herd, our red tailed hawk's nest, and listen for our resident great horned owl. Easy access to Targhee, Jackson, GTNP, YNP and more. Private, nearest neighbor is the main house 100ft away.
