Welcome to our Central Local Flat! Together with my wife we are renting our apartment here in Zermatt. We used to live in Zermatt for 6 years. With us, you will get the best local tips in terms of planning your ski day, hiking, mountaineering, mountain biking, restaurants, bars, shopping etc... Our Flat is located in the old, central and calm part of Zermatt. You can go anywhere by foot and the Ski stations as well the Restaurants, Bars, clubs and shopping areas are just a few minutes away.

Our Chalet Calmis was built in 2014. It’s a modern wooden Chalet and it is located in one of the most beautiful areas of the village Zermatt. It’s a 7-minute walk from the train station. The apartment is our vacation home which we furnished and decorated with a lot of love and attention to detail. The apartment has an open design and therefore provides a lot of space. Our apartment is perfectly located in the centre of Zermatt in a quiet street. It is spacious, bright and furnished with style. The kitchen is perfectly equipped to prepare meals and is open to the living-room. There are 3 bathrooms, 2 with showers and 1 with a jacuzzi bath, perfect to relax after an active day in the mountains. Each room has a TV, a balcony and blackout shutters. High-speed wifi is available everywhere in the apartment.
