The owners live in the adjacent farmhouse. The accommodation is self-contained, and is constructed to a very high standard, with thick insulation, electric heating and double glazing to all rooms. It is comfortably fitted out with neutral colours. In front of the cabin there is a garden area with table, chairs and raised beds.

Chalet style open space studio is a new addition to our 4 accer smallholding, tucked down a quiet lane just a couple of minutes drive from Cardigan. Golygfa, meaning ‘nice view’ is a name of our home that is on top of a little hill overlooking the Teifi gorge. Stunning views towards the Preseli hills, just a stones throw from Poppit, Mwnt and Aberporth beach.

Situated at the end of a lane, attached to the main farm house some mile and half from the village of Aberporth, which offers an excellent pub, takeaways and an award winning dog friendly sandy beach. The buses pass the front of the property or you can walk down the road to the local facilities which include restaurants, takeaways & public houses.
