Private hot tub available for hire for an additional £42. The Coach House

This is a detached barn that can sleep up to 6 people ,the extra bed is a futon in the upstairs bedroom,bedding is provided.. it has plenty of safe secure parking.. a patio area with seating..it is close to nature and lots of outdoor space. Great for motorbikers too. It has underfloor heating, log burner in the lounge, regular oven fridge freezer, microwave. We have direct access to local bridleways, cycle ways and off road cycling. Lots of moorland directly behind the property for walking.

A caravan is available for £100 sleeping 4. Please note we are not a "party" house and expect our guests to respect the space. Hot tub/sauna are £220.

The Corn Mill Cottage, 4A Oswaldtwistle

It has been renovated into a 2 bedroom self contained apartment to the highest standards. It comprises of a large double bedroom, single bedroom, open plan living area, kitchen/diner with separate storage cupboards. It is located 500 metres to the open countryside which leads you to an array of lovely walks and nature reserve.
