Our 200 years old traditional house is perfectly maintained and it will work as a time capsule, in which you will travel in much more authentic times, where good taste was synonymous to simplicity and people had enough time to dream. The shady garden plays the role of the conductor, sets the rules and interacts in a relaxing but at the same time demanding way. Everything takes place in or around this oasis. We welcome you in our cottage house with sea view in Taktikoupoli, boasting a strategic location between Methana and Poros island, just 1 km away from the nearest coast (by car). A peaceful retreat away from town noises but so close to excellent choices such as Methana Volcano, Thermal Volcanic Spa, Ancient Theater of Epidayros, DevilBridge, Vathi fish taverns, Psifta Lake. Plus, the shaded terrace is a lovely place to watch the sunset. All you need is a vehicle (mandatory) and travel mood!

The closest beach and restaurants are just a 10-minute walk, however, as the property is located on a hill above the town, (with the last part being a short, steep climb), some may want to rent a motorbike.

Each bedroom has its own balcony and air conditioning. The villa is a short walk away from the sea and a secluded bay.

Frantzeskos House

Our house is a traditional, sunny house with two internal courtyards. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood. It is only ten minutes from the port of Hydra and is fully equipped. Four meters from the house there is a small grocery store that operates on Sundays. There are easy access to sandy beaches (Kamini, Avlaki, Mandraki) and to beaches with rocks (Spilia). The transfer of baggage upon arrival and departure will be done by us.

19th Century Traditional Seafront Mansion

A seafront traditional mansion of 78 sq. m. with 2 terraces, built in 1834 , 5 min from the port, with a breathtaking panoramic view in the Saronic gulf and the nearby islands. Two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, a veranda with pergola and a peaceful terrace with flowers and a bbq, ideal for children to play. Both the veranda and the terrace include a sitting area ideal for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Στο υπνοδωμάτιο υπάρχει διπλό κρεβάτι. Στον χώρο του καθιστικού υπάρχουν δύο καναπέδες. Ο ένας καναπές γίνεται μονό κρεβάτι, ενώ ο δεύτερος ανοίγει και μεταμορφώνεται σε ημίδιπλο κρεβάτι που φιλοξενεί άνετα δυο ενήλικες.

I live next door and I am always at your disposal for anything you may need.
