Our house is situated 50 meters from the sea, were you will find greek tavernas with local specialities. Easy accesable for excursions(Hydra, Spetses, Portoxeli,Poros ect) for one day trips. The house is a 2 minute walk from the ermioni harbour. A small pool-jacquzzi is available on the private terrace for relaxing, not suitable for small children. Α beautiful traditional 80m² house, located in Dapia and within walking distance of all Spetses sights. It's suitable for families as fully furnished & equipped (sheets, towels, dishwasher/washer, air condition, ceiling fans, 2 coffemakers, TV, video, cdplayer, wifi), 2 bedrooms, 75m² yard, a HUGE shared swimming pool (open May-September). Part of a traditional holiday complex, the house is independent &quiet, avoiding motorcycle noise Spetses suffers from.

Our cosy bell tent is nested in between our olive trees, and is equipped with a double bed with soft bedding and linens, a clothes-hanger, electricity, lights, fridge, a fan for the hot days and private bathroom just in front with amenities and hot water. At the front there is a private area with a couple of chairs and a daybed or a hammock for a lazy afternoon siesta or relaxing evening while enjoying a chilled beer and listening to the sound of waves.
