1 Bedroom Annex Retreat - on a working farm

This one bedroom annex is part of a 200 year old barn conversion. Based in the Nidderdale area of outstanding natural beauty, the accommodation has its own private access and garden with seating area, internally the annex can accommodate 2 people and one friendly dog,unfortunately we can't accept Labradors due to the shedding of there coats, (please ensure you register your dog when booking). We are surrounded by wildlife, please look at other details for a list of birds an Ornithologist spotted

This charming cottage is nestled in the picturesque village of Carthorpe, just 3 miles from the market town of Bedale. It's the perfect base for exploring nearby market towns such as Masham, Richmond, Leyburn, Thirsk, & Ripon. Ideal for cyclists & walkers, the area offers numerous scenic trails & cycle routes, with the stunning North Yorkshire Dales and Moors waiting to be discovered. The village is home to an outstanding pub, renowned for its delicious 5* food & warm, welcoming atmosphere.

Spinney Cottage, Pateley Bridge

Spinney Cottage is a beautifully restored home located just outside the town of Pateley Bridge in Nidderdale, a short drive from the Yorkshire Dales and Harrogate. Built in 1883 and full of characterful features such as woodburning stove and exposed stone walls, the Cottage is very well equipped with BBQ, firepit, and outdoor seating. Set in 4 acres of gardens and woodland, guests can make the most of our peaceful location. Ideal for walkers, cyclists and those looking for a calming retreat.

A large open plan living area with kitchen and large island and beautiful views over open countryside. Ground floor is fully under floor heated, with a separate second lounge area, separate utility room and downstairs shower room. The market town of Northallerton is 5 minutes drive away with a vibrant high street with restaurants, coffee shops, bars, cinema, supermarkets and a train station.

Ideally placed for the polar express trains. The cottage has two bedrooms one with kingsize zip and link bed and one with two single beds. No smoking/Vaping No pets allowed
